Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are from Bisseuil; Pinot Meunier from Mareuil sur Aÿ.
The fruits are gently pressed and racked into thermoregulated vats. 90% of the wine continues to vinify in vats, 10% in used barriques. Matured on its side for two years. Dosage 7 g/l.
Each of the Une Femme wines is made in partnership with women in the wine world who we love. "The Juliette" is handcrafted by the wife-and-husband team of Julie Médeville and Xavier of Gonet-Médeville Champagnes. This grower-producer Champagne is made from hand-harvested, organically grown chardonnay and pinot noir grapes from premier cru and grand cru vineyards in Le Mesnil, Ambonnay & Bisseuil.
We wanted to create the perfect gift for celebrating, while also giving back. A portion of proceeds from all sales of Une Femme Champagne is donated to Dress for Success, the non-profit benefiting women on their journey to financial independence.
