LAST CHANCE TODAY! The Chicago Francheezie!

May 1st is the LAST CHANCE for you to try the Francheezie Regional Hod Dog!

In celebration of Bitter Pops’ 9th anniversary we’ve collaborated with our friends at Hop Butcher for the World to bring you both food and drink this month!

We start by calling Hop Butcher and chatting with them about the Francheezie which inspired them to craft the Francheezie - a Pilsner. From there we connected with our friends at Vienna Beef to grab our all beef hot dog that we tightly wrapped in bacon and onions. The bacon and onion-wrapped dog is then fried to perfection in the deep fryer. Once the dog is fried, it’s laid into a toasted Turano hot dog bun, smothered with a layer of Francheezie beer cheese, and topped with traditional Chicago sport peppers! Enjoy this dog with a Francheezie West Coast Pilsner, and your Francheezie T-shirt, to celebrate Bitter Pops’ 9th year in style with a full belly!

The story behind "STORY"

Over the years, we have made it a priority to be involved in supporting cancer initiatives. Cancer has affected all of us in one way or another, and during May, we take a moment to remember those we have lost, those who continue to fight, and those who have won their battle.

May 2nd (5-2 Day) is our day of remembrance, and to honor the memories of our friends and family members, we have collaborated with Noon Whistle on "Story."

We are proud and honored to be collaborating with Noon Whistle on this yearly release since 2019, when it was first called "Story Of My Life." As with that collaboration, we are committed to donating $1 from every pint of "Story" enjoyed in our Taproom to Outrun The Sun, a non-profit organization whose quest is to find a cure for melanoma.

With your help, we have donated over $7,000 in six years. Thank you for supporting "Story" and for sharing your stories along the way.

Join us in our Retail Shoppe and Red Door Whiskey Room for an exclusive tasting of some of Bitter Pops' properly curated, and uniquely delicious wines! We have put together a Spring collection of red, white, orange, rose and sparkling wines perfect for entertaining and porch drinking. Featuring 40+ NEW to the Shoppe wines including petillants from France, Spring full-bodied whites from Oregon, Italian orange wines, chill-able reds from the Sonoma and Napa region, and more unfiltered wines from Greece! Of course, we will round out the tasting with classics such as sauv blancs, sparkling wines and more!
