To purchase alcohol from Bitter Pops, you must be at least 21 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal age requirement. A valid government-issued ID must be presented at the time of pickup.
2. Alcohol Purchase and Pickup
- Alcohol purchases must be picked up within seven (7) days of the purchase date.
- If an order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be canceled, and you will be refunded the purchase amount minus a 10% restocking fee.
3. Refund Policy

4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

- Misrepresent your age or identity when purchasing alcohol.
