A brilliant ruby color. Lifted and inviting aromas of cherry, dried roses, cardamom and tea leaf, with dark cherry, a deep, base note that continues to transfer to the palate. This blend of all our Sonoma Coast sites has come together beautifully as a mid-weight, textural wine with tons of energy and delectable length—fresh and drinkable. This turns gorgeously floral and spicy over time in the glass. Drink this now-2030. 13.5% abv.
VINEYARD NOTES
Above the town of Freestone, Hawk Hill Vineyard is perched on a steep, Goldridge soil covered slope just a few miles from the Pacific. Shaped by the coastal climate, this low yielding vineyard is farmed by the Yarak family. The two decades old vines work late into the fall to ripen and develop detailed flavors in its tiny berries.
