TASTING NOTE
Beautiful pale and luminous dress with a rosewater hue, with nuances of peach and melon. The nose is expressive with notes of raspberry, tangy forest fruits and white flowers. The attack is frank and elegant. The harmony of the four grape varieties is expressed on the palate with notes of citrus and continues with a beautiful tension accompanying the wine over the length.
Ideal to accompany an aperitif, sesame tuna tataki with crunchy garden vegetables or spinach ricota ravioli with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.

Located in the heart of the Alpilles massif since 1489, Château d'Estoublon is one of the great estates of the Baux-de-Provence appellation.
On the south-facing limestone foothills, the 18-hectare vineyard includes many grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Mourvèdre, Roussane and Marsanne, while 120 hectares of olive groves surround the Château.
