WINEMAKER’S NOTES

The 2021 TRIM Chardonnay has a vibrant bouquet complete with lemon

meringue, apricots, white flowers, mango and ripe tropical fruit. The

mouthfeel is broad and inviting with playful acidity drawing upon the

creamy texture of this wine ending with notes of vanilla, marzipan and

baking spices.

Pair this wine with creamy pastas, meaty ‑fish, pork, chicken,

brie, power lunches, hammocks and good books.
