Bitter Pops Anniversary Smashburger!

March brought the party!—pints of Guinness, stacks of corned beef, and just the right amount of Celtic Courage! We celebrated St. Patrick’s Day, cheered through the Cubs home opener, and rode the rollercoaster of March Madness with a few pale ales in hand. And now, it’s April and that means patio season is calling, the Courage Shandys are flowing, and we’re celebrating something big: 10 years of Bitter Pops!

And honestly, there’s no better way to kick off our anniversary month than with a burger built for the occasion.

Bitter Pops Smashburger: This one means a lot to us. Every year, our anniversary is about celebrating the people who helped us get here, and this burger is a tribute to a couple of those key partners. Featuring Courage Lager brewed by our friends at Phase Three Brewing and thick-cut bacon from Boar’s Head, it’s everything we love about working with great people and making delicious things together.

This mouthwatering masterpiece features two smashed burger patties, caramelized onions, crispy Boar’s Head bacon, and our signature Courage Lager beer cheese. This burger is bold, it’s comforting, and it’s built to celebrate 10 years the right way. The Anniversary Smashburger is available EVERY DAY in April.
