From a tiny parcel, this is the product of Pascal and Beatrice's son Antoine who wanted to create a new cuvee marked by freshness and gulpability. This is Cabernet Franc that is carbonic macerated. Full of red and black fruits and beautifully delicate tannins. Only available in Chicago in the US, and only one pallet coming.
Created in 1987, our estate is located at the place called " Les Chesnaies " in Cravant les Coteaux. We grow cabernet franc (for red and rosé wines) and chenin blanc (for white wines) on about 17 ha in Cravant les Coteaux and Chinon.
Organic farming has been practiced for almost 20 years. Since 2005 the vines are worked in biodynamic culture , without the use of chemicals.
Our natural methods in our vineyards and in the cellar, allow to value the typicity of our terroirs and to offer personalized wines.
