The Benvenuto Winery was born from the resourcefulness of Giovanni Benvenuto, who after moving from Abruzzo to Calabria, realized his dream of creating a winery by exploiting the potential of land appreciation that belonged to his parental grandfather. The constant commitment & improvement of agronomic and oenological techniques have allowed the company to stand out for quality production that respects and reinterprets the natural & cultural characteristics of the area.

Process: grapes undergo a long maceration of at least 10 days in contact with the skins, followed by bâtonnage & aging on fine lees. Refinement in French oak barriques until the natural malolactic fermentation
