Just because we are fun and approachable, doesn't mean we can't be really high quality too!  Mmmm...Just Enjoy. celebrates the wonderful marriage of the Glera & Pinot Noir grapes in this fruit forward, yet dry wine with soft, persistent bubbles.  When you're looking for an exceptionally versatile wine that can be brought to a lively party or a serious dinner party with wine connoisseurs, our Prosecco Rosé has your back.

We are particularly proud to be working with established, award winning vintners to produce our Prosecco Rosé, positioned to be a 90+ winner, we can already feel it!

Color:  bright pink, with orange reflections

Nose:  aromas of rose intertwine with pomegranate & pink grapefruit

Flavor/Finish:  fresh & balanced, with a juicy base & softness to the sip, backed with mineral notes

Varietal:  90% Glera, 10% Pinot Noir

Food Pairings:  salmon tartar, shrimp appetizers, vegetable couscous, delicate desserts

Process:  Charmat Method - soft pressing, static decantation, fermentation in stainless; 2nd fermentation in autoclave with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures for 75 days

Serving Temperature:  46 - 50 °F

Alcohol: 11.5%, Residual Sugar: 9g/L

Pressure: 5.2 bar
