Winemaking: The blend of Garnacha and Monastrell makes this organic wine everyone's friend. The grapes are harvested at night so that the aromas are preserved extra well. And you can smell and taste that! Due to the soft pressing of the grapes, this rosé is beautifully light in color but full of flavor.
