Description
Our Winery produces organically for over 20 years. My father was a pioneer in the organic farming in the Palatinate.
He already made wine in harmony with nature, as very few winemakers their vineyard as a living place understood. The desire to preserve our cultural landscape, even drove us in 2008 step further: to biodynamic farming.
Winemaker Alexander Pflüger took over the family vineyards in 2010. The 49 acres of vineyards in
the Pfalz region are all grown organically since the estate was certified in 1989. Current
winegrowing practices has converted to Biodynamic farming since 2007 through Demeter EU. The
main grape varietals are Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
