Nero di Troia grape from spontaneous fermentation in opened vats, no filtration and no temperature control.
Wine from previous year added to the must of the current vintage fermented in steel and refermented in bottle.
Pronounced acidity and freshness to the nose and to the palate.
Winemaking Notes: The Pet Garg Sparkling Rosé is made from biodynamically farmed Nero di Troia grapes. The fruit ferments spontaneously with native yeast in steel tanks. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, re-fermenting in the bottle to produce bubbles.
