Winemaking Notes: The Pet Garg Sparkling Rosé is made from biodynamically farmed Nero di Troia grapes. The fruit ferments spontaneously with native yeast in steel tanks. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, re-fermenting in the bottle to produce bubbles.
