In April of this year, we went down to Kentucky to the Jim Beam facility to pick a barrel of Knob Creek. We tasted through 4 barrels aged 9 years and landed on this delicious selection and it has finally arrived at Bitter Pops!

The Barrel is currently sitting in Half Acre's barrel house as part of our Barrel to Brew series. In the meantime, you can take home this excellent one of a kind bottle!
